Returns & Exchanges

During the pandemic

Please get in touch with us if you'd like to return or exchange your order as we're not in the office.
You can email or call us but the easiest thing to do, is request a return straight from your account.
You must have been signed in when you placed your order though.

We'll then email you the information you need to send your return or exchange to us.
When we receive your parcel we'll be in touch to confirm receipt and follow up on your request.

If you return a product within 30 days of receipt, we’ll refund you the amount you paid for the item or do an exchange.
You pay for the postage to return the item and if you'd like an exchange, we will happily pay the postage to send a different size or colour.

Christmas returns

During the Christmas period, we extend our usual 30 day returns policy.
Items ordered from November 1st to December 24th can be returned at any time before midnight on January 31st. 

Important notes for returns or exchanges

Please ensure that any unwanted item, is returned in its original condition.  
We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging, and that the item is undamaged and unused.
Please try to remove as much dog hair as possible if the item has been tried on.
You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent.
Always keep proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
 
Made To Measure and embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
Please measure carefully as instructed, and double check spellings, as you won’t be able to return the item if you get it wrong.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your card to be credited with your refund.
We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on our website.

A faulty item 

In the very unlikely event that you discover a product is faulty, over and above normal wear and tear, please advise us of the problem as soon as possible.
We will ask you to return the product to us, clean and dry, so that we can check it over and make sure that the fault doesn’t happen again.
We will refund or exchange the product and reimburse the postage you paid.

Our no quibble guarantee means that if you're not entirely happy with your purchase, just let us know and we'll fix it.
