Free UK delivery over £99
If you spend £99 or more on your order after discounts and excluding postage, free standard delivery to the UK or Isle of Man will be applied automatically at checkout.
No codes to enter and no forms to complete. If your order qualifies, we'll take care of the rest.
Receiving your UK delivery
If you provided a mobile number when you ordered, Royal Mail will send delivery updates by text message.
Our mail bags are usually letterbox-friendly, so there's often no need to be at home to accept delivery.
If your parcel is too large for your letterbox, Royal Mail will leave it in a safe place where possible. If that's not possible, you'll receive instructions to re-arrange delivery or collect it from your local delivery office.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and let colleagues know if you're expecting a delivery at work.
International Delivery
We ship Dogrobes products to customers all over the world using fully tracked delivery services.
All international orders are charged in GBP (£). Your bank may charge a conversion fee.
VAT is not applied to international orders or postage. Our website can't tell where you're shopping from until you add your delivery address though. As soon as you add that at checkout, VAT is removed.
Please note that import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply in your country before delivery.

Late or Missing Parcel?
Occasionally parcels can be delayed due to circumstances outside our control.
Thankfully, it's extremely rare for a Dogrobes order to go missing. If you haven't received your parcel, please let us know within one month of purchase.
Royal Mail requires us to wait 15 working days before a parcel can officially be classed as missing.
If that happens, don't worry - we'll either replace your order or provide a full refund, including postage.

Yes. We carefully embroider each personalised item to order, so please allow a little extra time. During busy periods, personalisation may take up to 2 working days.

Please check your tracking information first, as this will usually provide the latest delivery update.

What should I do if my parcel is missing?
