Dogrobes, Snoods and Gauntlets are designed in the UK and manufactured in Britain using our unique dual-loop towelling fabric.

We continually review and improve our products and reserve the right to make changes to specifications, materials, colours or designs where necessary, provided such changes do not materially affect the product's intended purpose or performance.

Product photographs, descriptions and sizing information are provided as accurately as possible. However:

Colours may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings.
Fabric shades may vary between production batches.
Measurements are approximate.
Product specifications may occasionally change as part of product development.

Dogrobes products are designed to help dry, warm and comfort dogs. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition and are not a substitute for veterinary advice.

Made-to-Measure Dogrobes are manufactured using measurements supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.

Made-to-Measure products cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

The product is faulty.
We have manufactured it incorrectly based on the measurements supplied.

10. BESPOKE AND CUSTOM ORDERS

From time to time we may offer bespoke, branded or custom-manufactured products.

Production will not commence until any required artwork, specifications or approvals have been agreed.

Lead times provided for bespoke orders are estimates only.

Once production has commenced, bespoke orders cannot be cancelled.

Bespoke products cannot be returned unless faulty.

11. DELIVERY

Delivery times and charges are detailed on our Delivery Information page.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed.

Ownership of goods remains with Dogrobes Ltd until payment has been received in full.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to take possession of the goods.

13. CONSUMER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Exchanges Policy and applicable consumer legislation.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

Personalised products.
Made-to-Measure products.
Bespoke or custom-manufactured products.
Any goods exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer legislation.

14. PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts, discount codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotional offers cannot be combined.
Discount codes have no cash value.
We reserve the right to withdraw, amend or end promotions at any time.
Promotional discounts cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.

15. GIFT VOUCHERS
