Our no quibble guarantee means that if you're not entirely happy with your purchase, just let us know and we'll fix it.

Returns and exchanges

The easiest way to organise an exchange or return is to set up an account when you place your order. Log in to see your orders and click return items. You can then request to exchange, replace or refund any item(s) in an order. After you click submit, the warehouse return address will appear on screen.

If you didn't set up an account when you ordered, get in touch and we can quickly link your order to an account for you. 

When we receive your items for exchange, we'll issue you with store credit to the value of the returned items including postage. When you log in, your store credit will show on screen next to your cart and will automatically be deducted from a new order. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for your card to be credited if you request a refund.

Made To Measure and embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. Please measure carefully as instructed, and double check spellings, as you won't be able to return the item if you get it wrong.

Important notes for returns or exchanges

Please ensure that any unwanted item is returned in its original condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging, and that the item is undamaged and unused. If the item has been tried on, please try to remove as much dog hair as possible.

You may wish to choose a delivery service that insures your parcel to the value of the goods being sent. Always keep proof of postage, as the returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

We can only accept returns or exchanges for orders placed on our website.

A faulty item

In the very unlikely event that you discover a product is faulty, over and above normal wear and tear, please advise us of the problem as soon as possible. We will ask you to return the product to us, clean and dry, so that we can check it over and make sure that the fault doesn't happen again. We will refund or exchange the product and reimburse the postage you paid.

Christmas returns

During the Christmas period, we extend our usual 30 day returns policy. Items ordered from November 1st to December 24th can be returned at any time before midnight on January 31st.
