We want you to love your Dogrobes purchase - and to buy with confidence. If something’s not quite right, don’t worry! We’ve made it easy - and free - to do a return. Here's how to return your Dogrobes' purchase for an exchange or a refund.
Exchanges
You can exchange all or part of your order for store credit and returns are completely free. Store credit is money added to your online account that you can use towards your next order.

If you created an account when ordering:
You can either:
- Log in to your account, click on your order and select ‘Return Items’ to request an exchange yourself
Or - Email us and we’ll submit the exchange request for you
If you don’t have an account:
No problem!
- Email us with your name and order number
- We’ll set up an account for you, link your order, and submit the exchange request for you
What happens next:
- We’ll email you a free returns label
- Print it off, package up your item(s) and take it to your local Post Office
- You’ll receive a proof of postage receipt - we recommend keeping it until your return is confirmed
No printer? No problem!

- We’ll send you our warehouse address and we’ll add your postage refund to your store credit
Once your return is received:
- You’ll get store credit to the value of the item(s) you returned
- You can then choose to apply this credit at checkout when you’re ready to place your new order
Refunds
Changed your mind? Already placed a new order? You can also request a refund - with free returns.

Once your return is received:
- We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to show in your account
Made to measure and embroidered items
These items are made just for you, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.
- Please measure carefully and double-check spellings before placing your order
Important return guidelines
- Items must be in their original condition - unused, undamaged, and ideally in their original packaging
- If your dog has tried it on, please remove as much dog hair as possible (we recommend using a lint roller or tape around your palms!)
- Keep your proof of postage - the item is your responsibility until it reaches us
Returns periods (including Christmas returns)
- Our standard returns period is 30 days
- Buying a gift? Just let us know if you need an extension
- Items ordered between 1st November and 24th December can be returned right up until 31st January
Faulty Item?
In the very unlikely event that you receive a faulty item (beyond normal wear and tear):
- Let us know as soon as possible
- We’ll ask you to return the item clean and dry so we can investigate the issue - this helps us ensure it doesn’t happen again
- We’ll refund or replace the item and reimburse your return postage
