All orders are sent tracked. You’ll find your tracking details in your order confirmation.
Our mail bags are usually letterbox-friendly, so there’s no need to be at home to accept delivery.
If your parcel is too large, the delivery service may leave in a safe place. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive instructions to re-arrange delivery or collect from your local delivery office.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and let colleagues know if you're expecting a delivery at work.
Personalised (Embroidered) Orders
If you choose to personalise your Dogrobe with embroidery, please allow a little extra time.
Your dog’s name is stitched with care, so it may take up to 2 working days during busy times - but we promise it’s worth the wait!

UK Christmas Order Deadlines
- Personalised - order by midnight on Sunday 14th December
- Non-personalised - order by 1pm on Friday 19th December
Orders placed after these dates will still be sent as quickly as possible, but as it’s past Royal Mail’s Christmas cut-off point, delivery is ultimately in their hands.
International Delivery
All international orders are charged in GBP (£). Your bank may charge a conversion fee.
VAT is not applied to international orders or postage.
A 10% Import Duty is applied to all US orders including postage.
Please note that import duties, taxes or handling fees may apply in your country before delivery.
For our international customers, delivery charges apply on all orders. This is simply because international shipping costs are higher than within the UK and prices vary depending on destination and parcel weight.
We always aim to keep delivery costs as low as possible, charging only what it costs us to send your parcel fully tracked, so your Dogrobe arrives safely and promptly wherever you are in the world.
If your country’s not listed for delivery, don’t worry - just get in touch and we’ll do our very best to help arrange it.

Late Delivery
Occasionally parcels can be delayed due to circumstances outside our control.
Missing Parcels
It is extremely rare for orders to go missing. Please notify us of missing parcels within one month of purchase.
Royal Mail asks us to wait 15 working days before classing a parcel as missing. After that, we will either replace the items or refund your order, including postage.
Free Delivery
If you spend £99 or more on your order (after discounts, excluding postage), you’ll automatically receive free UK delivery at checkout.
We occasionally offer free delivery promotions too. We prefer to be transparent about postage costs rather than adding them into product prices.
