Edit: An update and apology about our stock levels

Dear friends,

Yes, we're back but we're having a few stock issues, so please accept our apologies!

The reason for this is that we haven't received our September order yet from our Scottish manufacturer. The issue is that they also make uniforms for the NHS and, as you can imagine, they're snowed under at the moment.

We expect to be back to normal stock levels as soon as we receive that delivery. We're expecting the total delivery within the next couple of weeks. However in the mean time, they're working on our top priorities to get us back in stock as soon as possible.

Update 22nd Sept 2020

Dear friends,

We're BACK!

It's been too long, so we've found a workaround! Rest assured, we're still sticking to the guidelines but working exclusively from home. Apologies if it's taking a little longer than usual to get back to you.

Our delivery partner isn't always meeting timescales at the moment because of demand, so for the time being, we've removed the option for First Class shipping from our website.

Due to us working from home, we have also removed the Click and Collect option, which means that there can be no collections from our office in Fochabers.

Thanks so much for bearing with us. Shame we've missed catching up at shows, but we hope you've all stayed safe.

Dear friends,

As you know, myself and my team always strive to go the extra mile for you and your 4-legged friends. Sadly, we won’t be able to do that for a while. I’ve taken the decision to suspend our web shop temporarily until we’re given the go ahead that it’s safe for our staff and those who work with us to return to work.

I appreciate that other online retailers are still operating as normal and that can cause confusion. However, the way I see it, it’s clear-cut. We are not providing ‘essential supplies’ and to that end, I don’t want to put anyone at unnecessary risk; ask them to flaunt the rules or add to the pressure our NHS is under in order to fulfil orders. Our company values have never rung more true than now.

To all our friends and customers who continue to work harder than ever in the NHS and other vital services, keep on keeping on... we are all indebted to you.
