It's all in the detail...and that takes time
Our exclusive cotton towelling has a dual loop structure that needs careful handling during embroidery.
To achieve a professional finish, we use:
- A water-soluble film on top of the fabric to hold the loops down while stitching
- A soft stabiliser backing underneath to support every stitch
Once the embroidery is complete, both materials are removed as much as is safe to do.
If you notice a little of the clear film still caught inside a letter, don’t worry it will dissolve completely in the first wash. The stabiliser backing is torn away carefully, leaving just enough to give the embroidery lasting strength and structure.
The result? Perfectly neat lettering that keeps its shape wash after wash because every detail matters.
